I am a sucker for great customer service. Mostly because it is easy to give but so rarley given. Those companies or people that take the little extra effort to give great customer service will always get my business.
Well yesterday I recieved a surprise in the mail from EzineArticles.com. The surprise was a "thank you" care package for using thier services and posting a testimonial on thier site. The care package contained a hand written thank you note. Then inside the box was a mouse pad, T-shirt, and coffee mug. All very nice items and all a surprise.
The thing that gets me is I am the one who should be thanking EzineArticles.com for all the traffic they send to my site.
EzineArticles.com is a classy organization and they have my business for a very long time.
