EzineArticles.com = Classy Company

I am a sucker for great customer service.  Mostly because it is easy to give but so rarley given.  Those companies or people that take the little extra effort to give great customer service will always get my business.

Well yesterday I received a surprise in the mail from EzineArticles.com.  The surprise was a “thank you” care package for using their services and posting a testimonial on their site.  The care package contained a hand written thank you note, a mouse pad, T-shirt, and coffee mug.  All very nice items and all a surprise.

The thing that gets me is I am the one who should be thanking EzineArticles.com for all the traffic they send to my site. They are always in the top 2-3 traffic sources for my site.  The traffic they send to my site is high quality and free – the best kind of traffic.  All I do is write and publish an article on their site.  When a reader likes my article and wants to learn more about the topic of the article they click the link to my site.  This service is free for me to use and gives me a ton of traffic to my site.  And for this I get a thank you care package!

EzineArticles.com is a classy organization and they have my business for a very long time.
