Paid Surveys - Myths

Here are a list of some myths and truths about paid surveys:

Myth #1: You will become rich by taking online surveys. This is only true if you consider making a few hundred dollars is wealthy. Taking online surveys is a great way to make extra money but in most cases you will not become rich from it.

Myth #2: All paid survey sites are a scam. Of course this is not true. There are hundreds of companies online that will pay you to help them determine the kind of products and services people are looking for. These companies depend on the surveys to help them deliver the best products and make them money.

Myth #3: Signing up for paid survey sites will only get your email full of spam. This is simply not true. Legitimate companies will not send you anything but offers for filling out surveys.

Myth #4: You have to pay to get the list of paid survey sites. Yes there are many sites that ask for you to pay for a list of sites, but you do not need to pay for that. You can find all the free sites you will ever need by simply doing a search in the search engines. The sites that do ask you for a fee will often screen the bad or low paying survey sites out for you saving you the time and effort to find the best surveys.  They will also offer training on how to make the most money doing paid surveys.

Myth #5: You can get away with cheating the survey sites. You may be able to pull this off once or twice but most of the survey systems are reviewed by human beings. If you try to cheat the system and get caught you will lose your account along with your new found extra income.
